Preamble:
Both Rigvedic and post-Vedic periods are found in Vedic culture. The earliest period of Arya in India is the Rigvedic period. The Aryan people have a grassland between Russia and Central Asia. The Aryans were a group of people who had the same language, not the same race. The Aryans came to India from the Khyber Pass.

- The meeting was a committee of some important people.
- Vajrapati was an officer in the meadows.
- ‘Kulap’ means the head of the family.
